We will be hosting a wine tasting with their importer, Beaune Imports, on
Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 from 3 pm-6 pm. The tasting is complimentary and will be first come first served. We will only be opening one bottle of each.

Founded in 1980 by Giambattista Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti, and Cirino Strano, Azienda Agricola, COS has transformed from a humble vineyard to one of Sicily's most prestigious wineries. The founders, driven by a shared passion for reviving ancient winemaking techniques and preserving the integrity of their terroir, embarked on a mission to produce wines that are true expressions of their origins. This dedication to authenticity has earned COS a revered place in the global wine community. COS's winemaking philosophy revolves around the principles of biodynamic agriculture, which emphasizes harmony between the land and its natural ecosystem.
